Shipping Policy
Any order over $150 (prior to tax) will be shipped FREE.
Orders placed Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays, before 12:00 AM CST will usually be shipped the same day.
All rates are quoted in U.S. Dollars.
Shipping charges are based on the actual weight of your order. The actual weight of each item is stored in our database and the shipping cost is precisely calculated to the exact ounce of your order based on your shopping cart selections.
We ship using the United States Postal Service: Priority Mail for USA orders and Priority Mail International for International orders. You can easily see International shipping costs by checking the "Display International Shipping Rate" box on your shopping cart page.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been processed and shipped, an email containing the tracking number will be sent to you via email. If you do not receive the shipping confirmation email within 1 to 5 business days from your order date, please contact us.
U.S. Delivery
Your delivery usually arrives within 2-5 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays, but is not guaranteed by the United States Postal Service or UPS.
Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, the U.S. territories, and P.O. Boxes usually arrives within 5-8 business days, but may take up to 10 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays.
Delivery to APO/FPO addresses usually arrives within 18 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays.
International Delivery
Your delivery usually arrives within 5-10 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays, but is not guaranteed by the United States Postal Service or UPS.
Please note: International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Delivery is not available for P.O. boxes.
International Orders may take an additional 2 to 5 business days to process and ship.
Ladies Choice ships your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and does not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. For more information regarding your country's custom policies please contact your local customs office.
USPS's local country affiliates will charge the recipient all applicable duty, taxes, and/or brokerage fees C.O.D. in the local currency at the time of delivery. All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Your local post office or carrier can give you information on the method of payment accepted for the duties, taxes and other fees collected upon delivery.
