Ladies Choice wants you to be happy with your purchase!

Please read through this entire section to ensure a full understanding of our return policy.

If you're unhappy with your purchase, we'll gladly offer a full refund on unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise in its original condition with all tags still attached, within 30 days of purchase (no exceptions). A refund will be issued to your credit card for the value of the merchandise and any sales tax you may have been charged. Please note that we cannot refund any shipping charges. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing of your credits and 1-2 billing cycles for it to appear on your credit card statement.

After 30 days, Ladies Choice will offer an exchange or store credit for unworn merchandise in its original condition with all tags still attached, within 45 days of purchase.

Ladies Choice reserves the right to withhold credit on returned items that are found to be worn or damaged by the customer in any way. In these situations the item will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.

All leather goods (bags, belts, accessories) and jewelry are final sale only, and are not returnable, we apologize for any inconvenience.

Exchanges

Please indicate what you would like to exchange your merchandise for and your choice will be shipped the next business day after receipt of original merchandise. If the requested item is out of stock, we will notify you by email of its expected ship date. If you do not wish to wait, we will be happy to issue you a refund. Exchanges must be made within 15 days from the date of purchase.

Unfortunately, we can not offer exchanges on any international orders.
